Colours of Spain is our most extensive project yet with many innovative features and was developed in conjunction with Birmingham Business Link who part funded the project. The site is the brainchild of Karen Spiller and Linda Napoleon and Essential Logic helped launch the site at a trade fair in Madrid in 2004.
The site is aimed at connecting UK holidaymakers and Spanish property owners and features over 1000 holiday villas, apartments, houses, cottages and bed and breakfasts (B&Bs) in Spain, including those in the less well known regions of Spain.
The website features an innovative bilingual phrase book which allows UK holidaymakers to communicate with Spanish property owners and vice versa. It also has another nice feature in an online travel guide where the user gets to pick what sections and a PDF document is built on the fly. It also incorporates many of the features of our Jikini Content Management System and has full e-Commerce facilities including credit card processing.
It is one of the busiest sites we host with almost 20,000 unique visitors and almost 3 million hits per month!
